HOW TO SET UP A DIRECT DEBIT
Payments for monthly junior fees are made through Direct Debit. To set up a Direct Debit, click on the button below or scan the QR Code:
Once your Direct Debit has been setup, you will be charged monthly membership fee. You will begin your subscription on the 1st of the following Month. GoCardless will send email confirmation of all payments and Direct Debit amounts and dates.

MEMBERSHIPS
1.1. Membership is required to attend regular sessions and participate in academy activities.
1.2. Members must complete a registration form and provide emergency contact details.
1.3. Membership fees must be paid in full as per the agreed schedule (monthly).
1.4. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Academy.
1.5. Payment is to be made strictly by Direct Debit (GoCardless). We do not accept cash for any sessions.
1.6. All membership requires a compulsory 1-month notice to cancel/suspend their membership.
1.7. Kindly note there is a £10 club joining fee for all new junior players. Players inactive for more than a quarter will have to pay a re-joining fee (same as new joiners).
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
2.1. The Academy may cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, coach illness). Where possible, notice will be provided.
2.2. In case of long-term cancellations, credits or refunds may be issued at the Academy’s discretion.
2.3. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions by the participant.
