At Essex Badminton Academy, our Social Sessions are designed for adult players of all ages and abilities who want to enjoy badminton in a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time, returning to the sport after a break, or looking for regular competitive games, our sessions provide the perfect opportunity to play, improve, and meet fellow badminton enthusiasts.

We offer a variety of social sessions to suit different preferences, including both plastic shuttle and feather shuttle sessions, allowing players to enjoy the style of game that best suits their experience and goals.

We are also proud to offer dedicated Women's Only sessions, creating a supportive and enjoyable environment where female players can build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the social side of badminton.
